1. Cancellation Windows

2. No-Shows
If the Pro does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled start without notice, you are entitled to a 100% refund plus a SAR 25 inconvenience credit.
3. Workmanship Guarantee
Every completed job is covered for 7 days. Eligible defects are re-done at no charge. If a re-do is impractical we refund the labour portion.
4. How to Request a Refund
1. Open the booking in the app.
2. Tap "Report an issue" within 7 days of completion.
3. Attach photos and a short description.
4. Our team responds within 24 hours and issues any approved refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Parts and materials already installed and functional.
- Permits, government fees and laboratory tests procured on your behalf.
- Cash tips already paid to the Pro.
6. Subscription Plans
DemandSa+ memberships can be cancelled any time. Refunds are pro-rated to the unused full months remaining in the term.
7. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our resolution you may escalate to the Saudi Ministry of Commerce consumer-protection channel, or our independent ombudsman at ombudsman@demandsa.com.
