1. Accepted Methods
We accept:
- Cards: Mada, Visa, Mastercard, American Express (selected merchants).
- Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, STC Pay.
- Bank: SADAD bill payment, direct IBAN transfer.
- BNPL: Tabby, Tamara (eligibility-based).
- Cash: cash on completion for jobs under SAR 1,500 in supported areas.
2. Currency & Tax
All prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. A compliant ZATCA e-invoice is issued for every completed booking.
3. Authorization & Capture
- For card and wallet bookings we authorize the estimated amount at checkout.
- We capture the final amount only after the job is marked complete.
- For multi-visit jobs we capture per visit.
4. Pricing
- Prices quoted at checkout cover the scope you describe.
- Scope changes on site require your in-app approval; we then update the invoice transparently.
- Emergency, after-hours and remote-area dispatch fees are disclosed before you confirm.
5. Tipping
Tipping is optional. 100% of tips go to the Pro. We never deduct fees from tips.
6. Refunds
- Cancellations before the cancellation window: full refund.
- Service-quality issues: investigated within 3 business days, refund or re-do.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
If you do not recognise a charge, contact us first at payments@demandsa.com before raising a chargeback โ we can usually resolve issues in under 24 hours.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails after the job is complete, you have 7 days to settle before late-payment fees (max 3% per month) and collection costs apply.
9. Security
We are PCI-DSS Level 1 via our acquirers. Card data is tokenized โ DemandSa never stores full PAN, CVV or PIN. 3-D Secure 2 is enforced for all card transactions.
10. Pro Payouts
Pros are paid weekly to a verified Saudi IBAN, net of platform commission and applicable taxes. Payout terms are governed by the separate Pro Agreement.
11. Disputes
For any payment dispute contact payments@demandsa.com. We follow the SAMA Banking Consumer Protection Principles for resolution.
12. Changes
We may update payment terms with 30-day prior notice for material changes.
