When and how we issue refunds.

DemandSa stands behind every booking. This page explains when refunds apply and how to request one.

1. Free Cancellation Window

Cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled service. Full refund returns within 5-7 business days.

2. Late Cancellation

  • Within 2 hours: 50% of service fee.
  • After technician dispatched: full service fee may apply.

3. Quality Guarantee

If you're unsatisfied, report within 48 hours. We'll re-service for free or issue a partial/full refund based on review.

4. Technician No-Show

If the technician fails to show up, you'll receive a full refund plus a SAR 50 credit for the inconvenience.

5. Subscription Plans

Monthly plans: refund pro-rated for unused days within first 14 days. Yearly: 30-day money-back guarantee.

6. Refund Method

Refunds return to the original payment method. Mada/cards: 5-7 days. Wallet credit: instant.

7. How to Request

Open the booking in My Bookings → tap Request Refund, or contact support@demandsa.com.

8. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed and approved services.
  • Custom parts already purchased on your behalf.
  • Promotional credits and gift cards.
