Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window#

Bookings cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a 25% fee.

Provider No-Show#

If the provider fails to arrive, you receive a full refund and a service credit equal to 10% of the booking value.

Service Issues#

If the work does not meet agreed expectations, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free re-visit or a partial/full refund based on the case.

Quoted Jobs#

Quoted jobs may be cancelled before the provider has begun work; once work is underway, refunds are at the provider's discretion subject to our dispute review.

Refund Timing#

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
