Pricing#
Booking prices are fixed and shown before checkout. Job request prices are determined by the accepted provider quote.
Accepted Methods#
We accept major debit and credit cards, Mada, Apple Pay, and bank transfer for selected enterprise customers.
Authorization & Capture#
Card payments are authorized at booking and captured upon service confirmation. Quoted jobs are captured upon completion confirmation.
Service Fees#
A platform service fee may apply and is itemized at checkout.
Taxes (VAT)#
All prices include applicable VAT in accordance with KSA tax regulations. A tax invoice is issued for every transaction.
Provider Payouts#
Providers are paid out within 3–7 business days after successful service completion, net of platform fees.
Failed Payments#
If a payment is declined, the booking is held for 24 hours pending a successful retry, after which it is automatically cancelled.

For disputed charges, contact hello@demandsa.com within 14 days of the transaction.
