Service Cancellation by Us
If Demandsa cancels your service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
Customer Cancellation (12+ Hours Before Service)
If you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled service, you are eligible for a full refund.
Customer Cancellation (Within 12 Hours of Service)
If you cancel less than 12 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply. Partial refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Unsatisfactory or Incomplete Service
If a service is not delivered as described or remains incomplete due to an issue on our part, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund after a review.
The service was completed fully and to standard.
The customer provided incorrect booking information.
The provider was unable to complete the service due to customer unavailability or lack of access.
Materials were purchased and used for the service.
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.
